Ten Things to watch out for.

1. A really well planned out project will, only take twice as long to finish, but a bad plan will lead to scope creep at three times longer than expected.
2. If you fall behind, and try to catch up, you will inevitably loose out somewhere else.
3. Now if the project is going well and everything looks good, be ready for everything to go wrong.
4. Surely if  things are going bad, they will unpredictably go horribly downhill.
5. Now if everything starts to come together and everybody seems happy, you have neglected something.
6. Development on well planned projects will see most projects sit at 95% for ages and ages, and ages.
7. You are most prone to errors at the beginning of new projects when you must make hard decisions that effect schedule.
8. No project that is planned out, ever finishes with the same people that started it, or under budget.
9. Remember to include time to actually update your project management solution, this can often be overlooked.

This is my 3D Model of Carrickfergus Castle, Co Antrim. In the North Eastern Side of Ireland. Invaded many times by too many people to go into, today stands as a tourist and visitor centre, its pretty cool and defiantly worth the visit. I took the time to make a full 3D version of the castle and can provide renders from any angle necessary?

Then I got a chance to see what the previous template was like, a decent job(fit for purpose), during the meeting it came out that there were four level’s of certificate and that each level had it’s own significance to the people attending the course.

After watching this video take a break and have a think about the possibilities this can bring for you. E.G Skysports.com or other websites have an xml file for all up coming games for the premiership. If you were to make up a graphic design for the 10 games held every weekend you would just replace the XML file every week and goto print. Easy!

There are so many examples of how to use XML and when to use XML, also RSS feeds are essentially XML files created every hour or so by a server. Here are many ways to produce quality productions without doing the work to make the information.

In short XML is a new technology its creeping its way into the world of graphic design. I believe in free knowledge and I hope the readers share this.
